These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JELLUS PADEL website and any related services, applications, or platforms provided by JELLUS PADEL (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.  

1. Use of the Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least a little bit sporty to play padel.

• Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and keep your own scores. 

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.

  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or threaten others.

  • Collect or use any personal information of other users without their consent.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.

  • Lose.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of JELLUS PADEL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without the prior written consent of JELLUS PADEL.  

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. JELLUS PADEL does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.  

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JELLUS PADEL be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, especially if you throw a wobbly and smash your palaONE off the glass.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JELLUS PADEL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.  

6. Changes to These Terms

JELLUS PADEL may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Services.  

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Padel fraternity.
